how does one get compensation for in game losses due to a glitch and or bug?

how does one get compensation for in game losses due to a glitch and or bug? I was unable to reply to your automatic message system as it is not monitored. Here is the response I could not send.

Hello,

The same issue occurred agin today. This time it was in a Galactic War battle. Old Daka got back up after being defeated. All the combat icons disappeared and I was unable to finish the battle.
I understand that you cannot keep me updated directly about this bug/glitch. This repeated occurrence has now cost me PVP ranks, a PVP win, and I will potentially be unable to complete the galactic war today. The prizes for these events are significant enough that I believe asking for some compensation is not out of the question. The ability mats from the galactic war will be impossible to recover or compensate for on my own. My account name again is “Dae_Vidalyn”.

    I'm with you, I just spent 200 purple crystals refreshing so I could get greedy on my next victory for saving up the silver and after the final battle it says victory and then just gets stuck there.  You never get your rewards, but it counts against your energy and your time you have to wait.  I'm really upset.  This is the sixth time this has happened that I noted at least, there is no reason EA can't compensate me 800 purple and 1200 silver like every other app on here does is there is a bug and they value there customers.

    Same here... I just posted a bug for the Chromium single 350 crystal, 4x and 8x rolls. I've been getting too many non-essential shards for Leia, tusken raider, ewoks (all available), mob enforcer, coruscant police. I've spent a lot, but $200.00 dollars worth is a lot when poor quality shards are rolling.
