How to contact help without using the ingame help thats useless

Im missing a bundle i purchased about a week ago on the webstore and the in game help keeps asking for proof of purchase so i keep sending the confirmation email as that is all i know of for proof of purchase from the web store

can anyone help i dont know what to do ea help cant do anything and the in game help just dont do anything
