How to transfer account from iPhone to android

It's not possible to transfer your account from one platform to another I'm afraid.

Ok I've been in contact with your helpline by email. They said you can transfer your account but will lose certain cards and ratings. The last email I received today, told me to chat with an advisor, but as I'm from UK, I have no way of doing this as only US & Canada are available from the menu. I've spent a lot of money on my game, and if this is not resolved very soon, I will be taking this matter further!!!
