Howdo I getcreditand ships mats returned tomy account,the chat is []

I’ve lost 1 billion credits and 700 million or more shops material during the update. The chat function hasn’t helped and EA people that reply keep saying to come onto here. I’ve lost a **bleep** tonne of money on this game when the purchases don’t transfer to the game and EA and Apple  just deny it Any help would be appreciated.
