They don't throttle drop rates and they aren't out to screw you. It's RNG and been proven to be ~33% rate. You remember more of the 4-5/5 and 0/5 than the 1-3/5.
not sure what your talking about when you say "you remember". I posted it was the same for 8 days in a row, two days after I posted about it now its totally random. explain that. yesterday I did 10 sims and got 8 shards. the day before 10 sims 2 shards.
it wasn't like that before I posted.
