Hyperdrive bundle bug, missing stars and unable to promote.

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Android

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Bought hyperdrive bundle, 4 characters from it are playable but have 0 stars and can not be upgraded. (Echo, General Veers, Shore trooper and Greedo)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at characters.

Dear EA Games.

Greetings... and Happy new year..

I started playing your game and I loved it please note my player ID in screen shot ie (tY2520L95huBuBobh-Uqdw). I loved it so much that I bought 5 bundles and finally a hyperdrive bundle. But the moment I bought it all my characters were set to 80 and I lost all the progress I made on bundle characters ie. It was not added in the hyerdrive...I lost all hero shreds on few important characters. Infact my Vader should be all upgraded.

Shall I apply for refund?
