I bought the SEE Lsb Nr1 and only got Kristalls

Hey I bought the See Lsb Nr 1 and only got like 3000 kristalls instead of the characters and now it isn't even in the shop anymore but I got charged 28 Dollars for it. My ally code is 112-817-879 I would be happy if I could get my characters.
