I can’t link my account

My account was linked just fine up until about four days ago and now all of a sudden, I cannot link it. I’ve tried to unlink it from my game and it says I can’t do that either. When I go to login, it just gives me some steps of how to link the account. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any way to resolve this? I would really like my Web store items that I’ve missed as well as possible, please.

 To be clear, I did NOTHING to cause this.
