I cannot login into the webstore

That's correct, the email registered to the Webstore cannot be changed. If you want the email linked to your SWGOH/EA account to match the email linked to your Webstore, update the connected EA account information to reflect the preferred email using these steps:

• How to update your EA Account

If that email is already in use on another EA account of yours, log onto the EA account it's in use on, switch out that email for a different one to free it up (using the same steps linked above) and save the update. That will free up the email for use on the EA account linked to your SWGOH account and then the Webstore email will match your SWGOH one.
