i cant login to ea webstore
when i try login it says account not authorized my ally code is: 918-449-882 i have EA connected but i cant login to the webstore

Thanks for getting back on this. Some odd stuff happening there. I think this might be a good candidate for the bug report board. The bug report template asks you for more information like your Ally code and details about the issues and there's a team who monitors that board that will see and respond:
