I cant recieve the free era recovery crates

I returned to the game when Dedra Marquee was out, so yesterday in the Kessel Run, I got 3 free era recovery crates that I had claimed before 28 hours, and still haven't received them. I checked if they are in my inventory, and no, they aren't. Also, I have used restore purchases, and I checked my inbox. Please help.
