I didn’t receive my free gift from Kessel Run

I logged in to my account and got an oops message, something went wrong login later.  Which I have done several times and still not received the free gift.  Please help

I have a screen shot but couldn’t see how to attach it

    Same issue for me. Logged out & back into the store & that don’t work either. Annoying as the energy this reward gives would be handy for the upcoming triple drop event…..
