I didn't receive EPISODE PASS

On October 22, 2025, I bought the Episode Pass, but I did not receive it. The RESTORE PURCHASES feature does not work. I wrote to the HELP Department, but they wanted an email as a proof of purchase, but I did not receive any email.

This happened to me too. I purchased on October 21, and have been trying to get EA Help to fix it for almost two weeks. They either can't help, or can't be bothered to help. I posted about it here last week and haven't gotten a response either. This is obviously not a one off issue. Hopefully someone here can help!
