today morning I lost points on ga due to this error, now I lose, I also lost points which may not be enough for me to move to another league.

I am sorry to hear that.
The latest update should have fixed this problem by now. If your buttons are still disappearing then please create a Support Ticket .
It will help the studio keep track of all cases where the update hasn’t fixed the Issue and also provides them with all the necessary information for further investigation (account details, such as your ally-code e.g.).

This issues in know for longer then year or even more. Happens in all game modes. Unfortunately not much got better since last updates.
Just for clarification:
Hey @DalajLamama ,
while there are still players reporting this issue, the total number of Player-reports has decreased. The studio has also stated that they have checked a lot of accounts and that they were running fine since then.
The studio is of course continuing their investigation of this problem as it is obviously not totally resolved.
Therefore it is necessary that you create a Support Ticket to provide them with all necessary information when encountering this Issue again.
