I purchased a gear bundle and did not receive it
I purchased a gear bundle and did not receive it. Every variation of help page for SWGOH/EA seems to be attended by nothing but bots. I have tried to create a ticket but cannot do so. The various help topics only include instructions that are outdated (like clicking "Restore Purchases" in settings, which does not appear as an option, or in help chat, selecting "No, I need to talk to someone" which again, is not an option).
My credit card website has verified the purchase went through. But I never got the standard thing where a box drops down and is opened in the game like every other time I've made a purchase. The gear is not in my inventory, nor is there anything in my inbox.
Basically EA just took my money then proceeded to ignore me.
If I do not receive a competent response from a human being I will have no choice but to have my credit card company deny the charges.
