I Restarted Game and i dont see the Hyperdrive Bundle, im level 23

Hello! so i decided to restart my game and when i log in again i dont see any offers or the hyperbundel for getting to lvl85 and stuff, can someone help?

Returning Player Rewards
In order to claim those rewards, you must be inactive for at least 35 days. I was inactive on my account for at least 37 days, but nothing showed up. My ally code is 145-681-917. Thanks
