I tried to by the Hutt bundle and it failed

I tried to buy the Hutt cartel bundle on the webstore and I canceled the purchase as I meant to add a promo code but when I tried to purchase  it again it doesn't show up in game or webstore and I dont have the characters either if the payment went through somehow.
