I would like a refund

I purchased the $100 crystal bundle so I could get a character bundle, which I thought contained 145 shards for 8 or different characters. Nope, it was only one character. Anyway, I'm looking to get my money back. I'm fine with shards and crystals being taken away, I just want my $106.99. I would also be ok with getting my 14,500 crystals back from the new legends LSB.
