Summarize your bug Nihilus is no longer affected by Target lock from IG88’s Zeta ability
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In either phase1 or 4 of Sith raid, use IG88, and get target lock applied or Nihilus, then watch him still gain protection from attacks

Again to summarize, Nihilus is no longer affected by IG88’s Zeta that prevents protection from being healed, you can apply target lock and watch Nihilus protection heal when being attacked, and this was the primary reason I Zeta’d IG88
IG-88's zeta ability blocks protection recovery (as in the blue bar above the green health bar) of regular characters.
Nihilus is gaining bonus protection (purple) which is different from regaining blue protection, and not prevented by the heal block from IG-88.
