In Game EA Help Poor Service Complaint
Is anyone else being blanked by the EA Help in game?
I raised a request on the 15th October as I did not receive a LSB purchased in quick succession with another and still have not received the in game rewards for this purchase.
I share the details to the helpdesk, get a response after 2 days from Kausar that its all items are in my account (clearly not the case as my roster is not updated which I responded with a picture) and have heard nothing since with no way to open a new ticket/escalate.
If anyone has had similar is there a way to complain/escalate to try and speed up the resolution of this issue. I either want my money back or the rewards to be sent through.
