In game purchases not working

I am trying to buy the brutus ascension pack in game.

Normally it pops up and asks me to verify my payment information with biometrics. But today it asked me to sign into an email to make the purchase... but its asking me to sign into an email not associated with tge account. 

I am logged under the correct google play account and ea account... what is going on!
