I don't know where to put this in the forums since EA is making this exceedingly difficult for consumers and I usually don't go this way but now I'm at my limit for courtesy and honestly I just want ...

The in game support seems clearly to be an AI chat bot, and a broken one at that. I'm not sure its even able to actually do anything that would effect your account. It asks you for info, tells you to wait, and then starts over asking you for info again. The whole thing seems like an intentionally broken loop designed to make you give up. Its absolutely deceptive practices but there's not much you can do but just quit the game and CG doesn't care if you do that. CG just isn't an honest developer.

Almost, I tend no be relentless once I begin. Spoke to EA Support on the general website that moved my case to a special team that will converse via email.

I'm not a lawyer, but misleading and false advertisement, lying to paying customers, constantly modifying the game in a manner that counteracts what long term players (low-mid whales) have been doing to their accounts, offering in game help option with the promise of a conversation with a staff member that is in reality a bot, constantly raising prices, different prices between regions (and alot more)... I doubt all of these practises are legal.

I've had my account for years, spent alot of money but not a big whale by any means but had I tested the game now for the first time I wouldnt spend a dime on it and I would quit.

Datacrons, Relic Delta and other additions are all made after I've spent my bucks but these changes completely change the precedence of spending.

As with every country - the problem isn't only the government (CG EA in this case), but also with the inhabitants and voters (spending players in this case) :)
