in time change, why are there (2) 1:00 am selections?

i wanted to change the time to correspond to daylight savings, so i went into time settings and current times were 1:00A for daily reset.  when i went to select a new time, there was 2 - 1:00am time selections, but i wanted to add 1:00 to the current time, so i selected 2:00am.  after i restarted, the time changed 2:00 hours.  now i lost 1 of my yearly time changes and have to go back in a couple days and change it back, but which 1:00am time do i choose? why are there 2 - 1:00am selections?
