Incorrect character level

Hello, the level of my recruited characters is displaying incorrectly. They are currently at level 9, even though I claimed the entire calendar and they should be at level 15.

It's an annoying bug. We're getting screwed over because they haven't fixed it. It's only effecting certain accounts and not all of them. I keep posting on here but no luck so far

Same here, I’m short 3 era levels for my loaned units and all I have gotten is an open EA help ticket that told me to go to the troubleshooting website, which I did, and no response for a couple days after I went and tried everything they suggested. EA please help us!
