I received the wrong rewards. I had over 630 keycards(636 if I am not mistaken and remember correctly) by last Friday i.e. red crate. When I received my rewards (December 9th) I was only given credit for 621 keycards or a gold crate.
My ally code is 726-222-925.

I reached red crate in the previous Conquest. If this is not enough of a proof not sure what is.
The issue seems to be reccurring with other players as well.
Very disappointing to receive such a response since I have been playing the game for almost 8 years.
Who has a running track reccord of not owning to their mistakes?
Can I see proof of these aledged tools/records?
