I finished the red conquest crate earlier this week and was awarded gold crate rewards instead. Now I’m short on the conquest character by 15 shards! I purchase the Conquest Pass+ every time so this is nuts to me.

I put a lot of effort in achieving the Red crate 3 Times in a row. Finished my Red crate on 29th February for this cycle and now they Tell me I got 628 codecards and I get only 65 Shards?
I was hyped for my first first-day unlock..
Have they ever fixed this though? I have a feeling it won’t get sorted before GAC lock.
