@EA_Gunner Has any progress been made after insufficient conquest rewards was recognized by the devs as a bug on March 6? It seems like a an easy solution would be a make good of 25 Bane shards to people effected by this. The lack of empathy and responsiveness from the support team is causing veteran players to drop the game altogether.

Summarize your bug I recently submitted a bug both in-game and on Answers HQ for incorrect conquest rewards about a month ago. It appears that a make good containing 25 bane shards and a few other items associated with red crate was sent out to some players who were affected by this. I have not received anything in my inbox. I was already set back in GAC by not having him and now a feat is associated with Bane as well. When can I expect this?
