Incorrect Conquest Rewards

Summarize your bug I received gold crate rewards, but achieved red crate in-game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure how you would reproduce this error, but it seems to be happening to others.

I red crated the last conquest with roughly 6 or 7 days top spare. The red crate announcement occured in game as well as the progression banner at the bottom of Conquest. I spent the remainder of conquest simming bonus nodes to farm datacrons. I went into the 100s each day as I had no other tasks necessary.

Yesterday when I received the rewards after I got off work it stated I only cleared 626 keycards and achieved the crate prior to red. I immediately opened a ticket with in-game help, but they said according to logs I only achieved 626. I don't have a screenshot available, but I haven't missed a red crate to my knowledge since conquest has been around.

After I looked through the forums, it looks like I am not the only one this is happening to lately. I am not sure if it is an issue with the frontend displaying red crate prematurely or if the logs are bugged, but my in-game experience and the outcome did not match. With so much emphasis placed on conquest toons this error is going to really set back my account. I am hoping someone will be able to help correct the bug.
