I can see that this has been an issue as far back as June last year and there have been a few posts for the different conquests since then.
Only one of those (June 2023) appears to have received their rewards as the “investigation” was completed.
You aren’t exactly filling me with confidence that there will be a satisfactory resolution to this.
Just in case I get screwed over again, and to point out how ridiculously easy it is for me to achieve the red crate, here’s some evidence that it says in game that I’ve got the red crate this time.
How’s the investigation going?
I also have just recieved the wrong crate. I've had the red crate since 01march but in the email with rewards it says I only have 627keycards. I am on android14
