Incorrect mods advertised

Bought two ten dollar speed mod sets from the webstore on the 17th and hopped over to the game and filtered my mods and sold speed sets with no speed secondaries only to find out the speed set did not have speed secondaries even though they have in the past, 12a was given when the pack advertises 15a and its confirmed a bug for almost a week but no actual fix has been said. Can we please get word on how you guys will make this right because im about to just dispute this with my credit card and call it because the in game help is none at all and you guys are dragging your feet on this.
