Inept Support

Bought Bane shards 4 days ago but did not receive them. Started a ticket and thought this would be an easy solution! 

Every few hours someone new responds to the ticket and asked the same questions without reading the thread. The amount of times I've been asked when the issue happened? Do they train these muppets to read the past posts? Still waiting!

They are sooo quick to take you cash but when something goes wrong... hmmmm EA hit the perverbial breaks!!!
