Inquisitor Barriss omi

I applied the IB leader omi for 3v3 GAC. It wasn’t until afterwards I realized it charged my 20 omi mats vs 10. Is this intentional or an error?

Error on leaderboard in Coliseum
There is a error happening every time you click on the leader board in Coliseum. It prompts you to either ( Contact Us ) or ( Restart). This may have already been reported.
