Is there anything else to be done when a ban appeal isn't progressing

I've appealed my ban which is said to have been for "repeat offenses" despite not being told what the offense or offenses were, and gotten no progress or response. 

My account is multiple years old and I really don't want to not be able to play the game because my ban isn't being given enough attention.

I imagine the staff are crazy overworked right now because the holidays, but it's been like a week, and I don't want this to become permanent because the appeal system is so one sided, and potentially run by robots.
