I bought the CX-2 Ascension Pack, which was supposed to unlock additional free tiers. After purchasing the final tier, the pack disappeared completely. Only the character shards were auto-claimed—the rest of the rewards weren’t, and I didn’t even get the chance to manually claim them before the pack vanished.

Had the same issue where the last 3 tiers are unable to be claimed, also seems to have wiped all of the packs from the store as well. However, I have a permanent notification in the pack shop as if it were supposed to be there.

Had the same issue. Reported it to EA Help online chat and they left me hanging. And I couldn't get CX2 ready for GAC.

Same here. I went through help and they told me i received the items. I believe they are only looking at the box with the 50 CX-2 shards and not the next 3 boxes. CG please help.
