Just bought the new LSB Rogue One II but I did not receive the characters.

    It’s the second time this week. The same happened when i bought the LSB Bad Batch couple of days ago. I just posted a message here and it was fixed within 24h without requiring anything more on my side. Do i really need to go for the lenghty process to get it fixed?
