Issue with Star Wars GoH

Helll, on Wednesday this week, the system issues caused me to not get my rank 4 heroic Sith Triumvirate reward. I was communicating with EA via email, who ran me around and sent me here today. Given the average value of those rewards at 6000+ crystals, I’m trying to see how I can be compensated. Can someone direct me to where I can get support?
