We are supposed to get them today so I highly doubt that they moved it if that is the case then we get both 4a and 4b quest on the 24th

Have same issue. Where are the anniversary quests for the lst's? 

Greatly disappointed with all of the constant issues with my anniversary related updates.

Same here. No anniversary quest for the moment. 

Another detail i found a bit odd is content creators on YT are usually making video quest guides for the anniversary LST's and i can't find a single one on these two LST's on any channel.

Happened the same thing to me :/ I hope they will fix this!
