@mop3k Hey there and thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked your account and confirmed that you were indeed missing the 980 Territory Battle Currency that you redeemed from the inbox on 15/06/2019. I've also checked the rest of the items you redeemed from the inbox around the same time and confirmed they had been added correctly to your account (those were the PvP rank rewards).
Not quite sure what happened there but I will keep your case as an example if we get any additional reports. At the moment it looks like an isolated instance.

The missing Territory Battle Currency has been added to your account now. My apologies for the inconvenience and please let us know if you run into any other issues.

@mop3k I just double checked the Guild Currency and you are correct. You were missing 830 Guild Currency as well. My sincere apologies as I've only checked the PvP and TB rewards the first time. We've now added the missing Guild Currency as well and some extra Crystals as an apology.
