Jabba Light Speed Bundle purchase error

I am trying to purchase the Jabba Lightspeed Bundle but I am getting an error. I am not having any problems with other packages
I am getting this error on the PC platform.
I have not tried purchasing from the Web Store
I cannot see the Jabba package on the Mobile Platform
