Jabba's entourage LSB purchase charged but got crystals instead

I bought the Jabba Lightspeed bundle in the PC client and after my card was charged I received an in-game message saying that there was an issue processing my purchase and I was credited with  some 3000 crystals instead. I don't want the crystals I want the characters that were promised or a refund. I have screenshots of my card statements if needed.
