Still happening! But also add: The second attack also never happens if the initial target has foresight.

Perhaps the random attack should land first?

How to get Undermine reward

As the title would suggest...I can't receive any progress for this character feat. Testing software before release is lame, I agree. Nevertheless, maybe you can do something about this or something...
