20 STACKS IS BACK !!!
Having the same issue. Shield Generator only generating 10 stacks of Plasma Shielding. Not receiving the additional 5 stacks per event description. Can't get through Tier 1, I have R7 Gungans.

Summarize your bug The JarJar Event shield generator has only 10 stacks instead of 20. JarJar is also not counter attacking frequently. T1 is impossible to handle. I got 3 down, but then they kill everyone.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the JarJar event and you will see the stacks of the generator

But JarJar is not counter attacking either (or VERY rarely). This is not mentioned in the other report.
While the shield generator is up he has 1000% evasion. He can't counter attack because he isn't getting hit. When the shield generator is down then he can counter attack.
