Jar Jar shield generator bug

Trying to unlock jar jar but the shield generator is only starting with 10 stacks rather than the 20 tracks it had during the events first run so I can't get past phase 1 without getting destroyed

Inquisitorin Barriss Omnicron wrong premise
The Omnicron from Barriss only work in GA in a 3x3 Situation. Omnicrons like this should need only 10 parts and not 20. Like Tusken Chieftain.
