Jar Jar shield generator bug

Trying to unlock jar jar but the shield generator is only starting with 10 stacks rather than the 20 tracks it had during the events first run so I can't get past phase 1 without getting destroyed

I am also having this issue. Android. R8 Gungans. I can get 1 B1 down. but that has been it.
