Jar Jar Tier 4 Bug?!?

The CG provided "Event Unit" Jar Jar in Tier 4 is getting utterly destroyed by Darth Maul with his opening AOE attack.  +1000% evasion if active shield generator is active not working at all.  Jar Ja...
