By some miracle of RNG Jesus on the last day actually was able to complete Tier 4. After about 2 1/2 hours of straight and persistent attempts, Jar Jar's evasion ability finally actually kicked in. I knew it the moment it happened as just as shown on the dozens of YT videos, he survived. Then proceeded to wipe the Naboo Palace floor with Darth maul. 2 attempts on Tier 5 and finished with that BS. But still proclaiming T4 is broken, and the evasion ability doesn't say in any way shape or form that the ability is optional or RNG activated.
