Jawa Merchant Chance Bundle Purchased but Not Received

Hello EA team,

I purchased the Jawa Merchant Chance Bundle from the in-game store in STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes on Android. The payment was completed, but I have not received the bundle contents.

More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase. I have restarted the game and tried restoring purchases, but the issue remains unresolved.

I contacted EA Help, but I was told that this issue is not supported by advisors.

Could someone please help me escalate this missing purchase issue to the appropriate team?

I can provide my purchase receipt and transaction details privately if needed.
