I have a guildmate going through the same issue. CG/EA responded that he must be looking at the wrong jawa. they said that jawa engineer was 2 stars on his account. Jawa engineer doesn't even unlock until 4 stars. This company doesn't care. clearly a bug with jawa in bronzium. You can Google search the issue and see others with the same problem.
It is automatically upgrading jawa to 3 stars without requiring credits you upgrade.
The problem is that people see a 3 star jawa in bronzium and expect 50 shards.
I'm sure it's meant to be 2 star and worth 25 shards, but the glitch is very confusing.
