Please provide the following:

  • Ally code: 144-313-828
  • Platform: iOS 14.7.1
  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 0745 EST 
  • Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found HERE- Went through all the files… none said Star Wars or anything close.
  • Any additional details: playing through the first tier of GL Kenobi event, had downed one droid. Game “glitched” then shut down. Upon restart, no shards had been awarded, and I was down tokens.
