Date/time: 9/21 7:20 am CST

I attempted to try Tier 4 of event and the event didn’t end after he was at 75%. The event was impossible to win and I basically just had to lose my tickets. This is frustrating as the ticket grind takes forever. Please resolve this. Is there anyway i can get my tickets back?
